CONDITIONS OF USE

Kiflayn For Education provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or sign up within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Multiple transaction may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement

WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION

Withdrawal or cancellation from a course is allowed within the first week after the beginning of the term or course date.
If you withdraw from a course, your tuition value will be issued to you in the form of academy credit towards a future course registration.
Credit will only be issued once per registration.

REFUND POLICY

Kiflayn’s refund policy is centered around course access and registration.
Once you register and access your course, we do not offer refunds however we can offer a credit towards a future registration.
In the case of double registration or extenuating circumstances, we will process a refund less an administration fee of USD$35. If you choose to go with a course credit then we will waive the administration charge.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Administration fees are non-refundable.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit Kiflayn For Education or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting Kiflayn For Education, you agree that the laws of the state of Amman, Jordan, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Kiflayn For Education or its associates.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Kiflayn For Education or service you access through Kiflayn For Education shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Amman, Jordan, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Kiflayn For Educations intellectual property rights, Kiflayn For Education may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or law court in the state of Amman, Jordan, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies. These policies also govern your visit to Kiflayn For Education. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Limited Recurring Payments Agreement

Kiflayn can take variable payments at any time, within limits that you, the customer, places on:

• The total amount payable
• The payments interval

Kiflayn will ask you to allow an amount, up to a specified limit, to be debited from your card either at any time or a fixed interval.

The amount and interval may both be subject to limitations depending upon the limited agreement option chosen.

This allows payment to take place at any time or at a fixed interval. Payments can run indefinitely or over a fixed period.

Kiflayn will specify the amount to be collected from your card based on the amount left on your Kiflayn account balance and the agreement amount the account is to be topped up to.

Once the amount has been specified, payment will take place immediately unless it is not currently permitted because of the limitations set in the agreement.

Kiflayn can change the amount once the agreement has been created, but only within the limit originally agreed with the shopper.

An agreement can be cancelled by you at any time.

Regular Recurring Payments Agreement

Your payments will occur at regular fixed intervals and you can fix or vary the amount paid.

Kiflayn will ask you to allow the same amount to be debited from your card automatically at a regular fixed interval.

This allows payments to take place at a regular fixed interval.
Payments can run indefinitely or over a fixed period.

A regular agreement can initiate the payment whenever it is required.

The amount only has to be specified once by you, when the regular agreement is created.

If the amount is not specified when the agreement is created, the amount must be set at least two weeks before the first payment is due.

You can change the amount once the agreement has been created.

Note that the change must be made at least 8 days before the next payment is due.
