Sulayman Van Ael
Shaykh Sulayman is a motivational and spiritual Muslim-speaker who has been inspiring people worldwide. His main purpose in life – as he says – is building bridges between communities.
Since 2015, Sheikh Sulayman has been involved in research for politicians and governments concerning radicalization and implementation of Islamic values to be in harmony with the European way of life. He also wrote a paper that has been discussed at the Oxford University.
Shaykh Sulayman is the founder of programs for both adults and children with a focus on the formation of future Muslim teachers.
He served as a professor of Islamic sciences at the Islamic University of Rotterdam and an Imam and preacher in the Goefrân mosque in Jordan. He was the first European to be employed as a Friday preacher by the ministry of Islamic affairs in Jordan.
